We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a growing team in Miami, FL. As a thriving MSP, the mission of this position is to increase sales revenue by prospecting new qualified clients and closing new qualified businesses that meet or exceed organizational sales goals in the tech space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in Sales and Business Development. The candidate will have an outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy interacting with others.

- Grow monthly IT-managed services recurring revenue
- Identify, contact, listen to, qualify, and CLOSE potential clients
- Prospecting to include: cold calling, utilizing referral partnerships, networking through business relationships and events with clients and networks, utilizing LinkedIn, working previously with unconverted leads, etc.
- Build a referral network and meet with referral partners (strategic relationship meetings) monthly
- Work with the Technical team to determine and review the best IT solutions with potential clients
- Negotiate agreements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of B2B technology sales experience
- Experience building a territory, qualifying prospects, and generating quotes
- Commitment/desire to meet individual and company goals and targets
- Solutions based selling
- Comfortable with technical sales and IT
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle conflict and objections with a levelheaded approach
- Ability to build rapport and develop strategic relationships
- Skilled in some form of CRM
