This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney based in Bay City, MI. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of family law cases, including client consultations, legal research, preparing and filing legal documents, representing clients in court, and conducting depositions. The role requires effective communication and interaction with clients to provide legal advice and support throughout their legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Family Law and handling various Legal Issues
• Experience in preparing and arguing Motions
• Proficiency in conducting Depositions
• Comprehensive knowledge of general Law principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan
